SUMMARY OF POSITION

Everybody’s Brewing in White Salmon, WA is seeking a full-time Lead Packager/Canning Line Operator to join our brewing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who specializes in canning line operation, maintenance, and packaging. Although the primary focus is the packaging line, there will be opportunities to assist with other aspects of brewery operations, including cellar work. The ideal candidate works quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards, is flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the brewery as needed and displays passion for craft beer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee canning line operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Lead and develop the packaging team, and train and mentor staff.

Paktech application and pallet building.

Cleaning and filling kegs.

Strictly adhering to all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.

Maintaining accurate records.

Manual cleaning of brewery equipment and parts.

Basic facility and brewery equipment maintenance.

Cleaning brewery vessels and packaging equipment.

Assisting with daily cellar work – gravity readings, drops, quality control, cleaning, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in collaborating with brewing and logistics teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work in a standing position for 8+ hours per shift.

Able to safely move up to 165 pounds with help or proper ergonomic assistance.

Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

COMPENSATION

Hourly wage $22.00 - $24.00 (DOE)

Sick pay accrual
